This policy governs returns, cancellations, and refunds for all purchases made through Game Recharger at www.gamerecharger.com ("we", "our", "us"). It mirrors the terms applied on our sister store OnlineTopUpChina.com.
1 Scope of Products
All items sold on Game Recharger are digital goods—game credits, virtual currency, prepaid codes, or electronic vouchers—delivered online. Because they are consumed instantly upon delivery, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.
2 When You May Request a Refund

3 When Refunds Are Not Available

Successful delivery & redemption. Once the game account is credited or a code is revealed, the order is final and non‑refundable.

Customer input errors. We rely on the game ID/UID, server, and region you provide. Credits sent to an incorrect or banned account because of wrong information are not refundable.

Change of mind / duplicate purchase after delivery.

Price fluctuations or promotional differences.
4 How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 24 hours of the problem occurring.

Provide your order number, the game account ID/UID, and clear evidence (screenshots) of the issue.

5 Resolution Timeline

We review all requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days (bank processing times may vary).
6 Processing Fees & Currency
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Third‑party payment fees are refunded only if the error was on our side.
7 Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorised or frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension and withholding of future services.
8 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason, unless an exemption applies.
Exemption for digital content (Article 16(m), EU Consumer Rights Directive): By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This applies to all game credits, top-ups, prepaid codes, and electronic vouchers sold on Game Recharger.
Pre-fulfillment cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it by contacting us immediately at support@gamerecharger.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been processed.
This does not affect your rights under Sections 2 and 3 above regarding non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or failed top-ups.
