Game Recharger – Terms of Service

Welcome to Game Recharger at www.gamerecharger.com (the "Site"). The Site and related digital goods—such as game currency top‑ups, DLC keys, and digital gift cards—(collectively, the "Services") are operated by San Global Trade ("Game Recharger", "we", "our", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia.

1  Account Eligibility & Security

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make purchases.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2  Digital Products & Pricing

  1. All items sold on the Site are digital goods. Our catalogue centres on: (a) game‑specific currency top‑ups delivered directly to your game account; (b) downloadable content (DLC) keys; and (c) digital gift cards for platforms such as PlayStation®, Xbox®, Nintendo eShop, Steam, and Riot. Gift cards are issued as single‑use alphanumeric codes that can be viewed once in your order history and are simultaneously emailed to you. Region‑locked cards are clearly labelled, and it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility. All products are fulfilled electronically; no physical shipment occurs.

  2. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

3  Ordering & Payment  Ordering & Payment

  1. By placing an order, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.

  2. You must provide accurate and complete information, including the correct game account ID/UID and server/region. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

4  Delivery

  1. Delivery windows are indicated on each product page; most top‑ups complete within minutes, but some may take up to 24 hours.

  2. Delivery is deemed complete when (i) the relevant game account is successfully credited or (ii) a gift card / DLC code is displayed once in your order details page and simultaneously emailed to you—whichever occurs first.

5  Returns & Refunds

6  Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or game publisher’s terms;

  • Use false information or impersonate another person;

  • Attempt to mine, scrape, or interfere with the Site;

  • Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

7  Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, graphics, text, software) is owned by or licensed to Game Recharger and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part without our prior written consent.

8  Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

9  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Recharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of—or inability to use—the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Recharger, its owner, affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.

11  Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be submitted to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
