How to receive the redeem code
- We will send you the redeem code of the PIN through EMAIL within 6 hours.
How to redeem your Reload Pin:
- Go to Celcom App on your mobile or go to https://onlinepayment.celcom.com.my/Payment/optimize/prepaid/payment.jsp (Skip to Step 4)
- Scroll down and Click on View all.
- Under All Services > Reload, Click on PIN Reload or PIN Reload for Others.
- Copy and paste the PIN from the email you received from us into the field under "Enter reload pin"

- You need to have a Celcom / Digi account in order to use the pin. Make sure you have an account first.
