How to receive the redeem code

• We will send you the redeem code of the PIN through EMAIL within 6 hours.

How to redeem your Reload Pin: 

1.     Go to Maxis Hotlink App on your mobile.
2.     Select on Top-up.
3.     Select Top-up ticket
4.     Copy and paste the PIN from the email you received from us into the field.

Terms and Conditions:

1.  Cash Value Product, once sold, non-refundable.
2. This card to be redeemed only on Maxis app or website.
3. You need to have a Maxis Hotlink account in order to use the pin. Make sure you have an account first.
4. The pin code will be sent through email. No physical items or recharge cards will be sent to you.
5. Orders received during normal working hours/delivery hours will be processed promptly.
